    Bitumen Penetration Grade 85/100

    Bitumen’s description 85/100

Bitumen Penetration Grade 85/100 is a typical paving grade bitumen suited for making asphalt pavements with exceptional qualities and for use in road building. Hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses is mostly made using this grade of bitumen. Petroleum grade bitumen is produced by fractional or vacuum distilling crude oil to produce the penetration grade bitumen that Daya GROUP supplies. The vacuum residue (short residue) feedstock is used to generate the bitumen that Daya GROUP provides. The penetration and softening point test is used to define Bitumen Penetration Grade 85/100. Only the penetration range is used to designate.

The thermoplastic feature of the penetration grade bitumens leads the substance to soften at high temperatures and harden at lower temperatures. When defining bitumen performance factors, including adhesion, rheology, durability, and application temperatures, this particular temperature/viscosity connection is crucial.

Bitumen Penetration Grade 85/100 is paving-grade bitumen that is used to produce asphalt pavements that meet the following technical requirements for building and repairing roads. Hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses is mostly made using this grade of bitumen.

    85/100 for Bitumen’s Qualities

Pure petroleum grade bitumen, produced from a vacuum bottom by the passage of hot air, is the penetration grade bitumen that Daya GROUP supplies. The bitumen that Daya GROUP provides is made from leftover crude oil that has been cracked and the hydrocarbons removed. The softening point of Bitumen Penetration Grade 85/100 is between 41 and 49 C, and its penetration ranges from 85 to 100 desi-millimeters. The thermoplastic feature of the penetration grade bitumen 85/100 is similar to that of a synthetic resin substance in that it softens when heated and hardens when cooled. Compared to other grades, bitumen 85/100 has a fairly strong viscosity.

    Bitumen Uses 85/100

In frigid climates, this substance is most frequently used to build roads.  Bitumen Penetration Grade 85-100 is appropriate for asphalt pavements with exceptional qualities and for building roads. This kind of bitumen is used to create hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses, with the main applications being spraying and chipping. In bitumen-producing facilities, the bitumen is supplied during the vacuum bottom oxidation presses. It is utilized for asphalting and insulation in cold climates due to its comparatively low air blowing and penetration. In colder temperatures, it does not crack.

Bitumen Penetration Guarantee and Safety 85/100

With the association of the global inspectors to test the fine and amount of the bitumen penetration grade 85/100 at some point of the loading to the vessel and controlling the manufacturing through

quality control via batch check report before shipping, Daya institution guarantees the pleasant of bitumen penetration grade 85100.The Bitumen Grade 85100 is prepared in accordance with and agrees with AASHTO M20-70 and ASTM D946/D946M, and Daya GROUP ensures that it satisfies the following standard criteria.

    Bitumen Penetration Grade 85-100 packing

Paving bitumen 85/100 is often packaged in new steel drums, 150, 180, and 220-kilogram barrels, 500 kg jumbo bags, 300 kg bitubags, and 1MT jumbo bags. The remainder of the grades are also prepared to load trucks with bulk ex-work Daya bitumen.
